• A DigSafe number must be obtained at 1-888-344-7233 prior to submitting the form below.
• A minimum of three business days is required between receipt of this form and the commencement of any excavation.
• No connections will be made at times when Bangor Water is not open for business unless prior approval has been granted.  Business hours are 7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. M-F excluding holidays.
