Dear Customers:
This is a reminder of the notices hand delivered to our customers last week.
As part of our maintenance program, Bangor Water District will need to interrupt water service to you and some of your neighbors beginning at approximately 7:00 am June 24, 2026. This temporary shutdown is part of a larger project to replace valves in the system. After this temporary shutdown, we will schedule night work in the future to replace multiple valves.
We apologize for this interruption in service, and we appreciate your patience as we improve our water distrubution system.
Our business hours are 7 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – Friday, except holidays.

Outside of normal office hours, you can contact our Water Treatment Facility at 207-843-6472 which is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
