The construction department is responding to a leak at the intersection of Spring Street and Harlow Street. Please see the attached shutdown map.  The following will be affected by the shutdown:

• 183 Harlow Street fire and domestic (Schoolhouse Apartments)
• 8 - 44 Spring Street domestic
• 72-74 Center Street fire and domestic
• Hydrants 219 and 370
